Sales and Consignment Agreement

If selected for the exhibition, I agree to the following sales terms:

The Tom Thomson Art Gallery will retain 40% commission on the retail price of any sold artwork.
60% of the sale price will be paid to the artist.
All sales will be handled by the Gallery.
Sold works must remain on display until the exhibition closes on January 10, 2026.

Submission Fee

Once your application form has been reviewed, a Gallery representative will contact you within 5 business days via email with payment instructions.

One submission: $40 (non-refundable)
Two submissions: $80 (non-refundable)

Please note: Applications will not be considered by the jury unless the submission fee is received by 5:00 PM on August 27, 2025.
