Home & Cottage Expo Booth Registration

Thank you for taking part in the Home & Cottage Expo, happening at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre on Saturday, May 3 & Sunday, May 4, 2025.

INSURANCE: Every vendor requires an insurance certificate for a minimum of $2 Million Liability listings exactly "The Corporation of the City of Owen Sound" as additionally insured and the Date/Location of the event. The City of Owen Sound no longer offers Vendor insurance. If you do not have an insurance provider you can purchase insurance through the City's DUUO Canada Partnership here:

Available Booth Spaces:

Indoor Exhibitor Booth - Approximately 10' x 10' (space may vary).  Includes draped booth space, a table, two chairs, and four Vendor Badges (passes) per booth. Booths will be located on the main level arena floor or adjacent rooms of the Bayshore. 

Outdoor Commercial Booth - includes up to 2,500 square feet (50x50) of outdoor space, and four Vendor Badges (passes) per booth.  Booths are located in the South parking lot (between the Bayshore and The Best Western).

Outdoor Marketplace Booth - for home-based businesses ONLY.  The booth includes a 10' x 10' space, a table, two chairs, and two Vendor Badges (passes) per booth.  Booths are located outdoors and each vendor must bring their own tent. All tents must be held with sandbags or water jugs as you cannot spike into the ground.

Additional Promotional Opportunities:

Prize Passport Business Listing - We will include your business name, logo and booth number on a Prize Passport given to each Home & Cottage Expo visitor as they enter.  Visitors stop by each Passport Booth to receive a stamp or hole punch, and enter their completed Passports to win prizes.  This guarantees a great amount of traffic to your booth and more market recognition!

Donate Prize to the Passport Giveaway - We will include your prize on the Passport.  Prizes must be valued at a minimum of $100 each and must be received one month prior to the Home & Cottage Expo to ensure timely printing.

Promotional Bags for Event Attendees - 3,000 promotional pieces to be given away to Home & Cottage Expo visitors.  Promo pieces must be received at least one month prior to the Home & Cottage Expo.
