Leaf & Yard Waste Commercial Business Registration Form

Please note that the leaf and yard waste site is exclusively for the residents of the City of Owen Sound, Township of Georgian Bluffs, and Municipality of Meaford.  Proof of residency may be required.

Commercial businesses that regularly use the compost site to drop material from Owen Sound, Georgian Bluffs and Meaford residents ONLY can register to be permitted.

Contact information collected in this form may be used for periodic updates regarding the Leaf & Yard Waste site.

I/We (the person/business represented), acknowledge and agree that the City of Owen Sound Leaf and Yard Waste site can only be used on behalf of an Owen Sound/Georgian Bluffs/Meaford resident who is eligible to use the site and for items collected within the City of Owen Sound/Georgian Bluffs/Meaford limits.

I/We understand that I/we are responsible for following all rules and regulations set forth for the site and under By-Law 2005-151, and that any misuse or violation of these rules may result in the termination of our access to the site or charges laid in accordance with By-Law 2005-151.

I acknowledge that City of Owen Sound staff may request proof of work within the City of Owen Sound, Township of Georgian Bluffs, or Municipality of Meaford before being allowed to drop off or pick up any items at the compost site.  Such proof may include work orders, purchase orders, quotes or invoices.   Access to the compost site may be refused at any time by City staff if they are not satisfied with the proof provided.

I/We further acknowledge that the use of the site is at my/our own risk and that I/we will not hold the City of Owen Sound liable for any damages or losses to persons or property that may result from our use of the site.
