The use of the requested materials are for events held at City-owned parks or facilities.

 

Event Information

Are Event Attendees Allowed to Bring their Own Food/Beverages into the Event?
 
Is there a Beer Garden/Tent?
 
Will there be Food Vendors at the Event?
 

Equipment Items Requested

Please note: the Event Organizer will be responsible for the replacement cost of lost or damaged items.  It will be the responsibilty of the Event Organizer to move equipment to desired location within the event space.  At the end of the event, equipment should be returned to the drop off location.
