1. Education Program Hours
TOM Tours run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
2. Group Size
A minimum of 10 and maximum of 40 participants per tour is required to run educational programs. We recommend schools bring one adult for every 10 students.
3. Payment
The Tom Thomson Art Gallery accepts cash, cheque, debit and credit. The payment for your tour may be made on the day of the program or within the following 10 business days. Please have cheques made payable to the “Tom Thomson Art Gallery” and mailed to:

4. Cancellation
The Tom Thomson Art Gallery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour or program at any time to ensure the safety of participants and the site or due to staffing shortage, or scheduling conflicts.
- Cancellation of booking by a school or group: We ask that a notice of cancellation be sent to the Tom Thomson Art Gallery no later than 10 business days prior to your scheduled booking.
- Changes in number of students/participants for a tour: Invoices are calculated at the time of booking and are based on price per participant. Any changes in the number of participants can be made up to three days in advance of your booking. Please communicate any changes prior to your arrival.
