TOM Education Program Booking Request Form

The Tom Thomson Art Gallery welcomes school groups and group tours to explore the Gallery in person! The TOM offers dynamic, curriculum-based activities for schools and customized group tours upon request.  

To book your visit, please fill out the online form and a staff member will contact you to confirm your booking. 

ATTENTION! Please note that our TOM Studio will be temporarily closed for renovations during the fall and winter months. During this timeframe, we invite visiting classes to enjoy sketching, eye-spy and Gallery friendly make art activities in the exhibition spaces. It's a fun way to engage with the art around you!

Please submit this form at least 2 weeks before your requested booking date.

Before submitting this form, please read the terms and conditions below. 

1. Education Program Hours  

TOM Tours run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

2. Group Size 

A minimum of 10 and maximum of 40 participants per tour is required to run educational programs. We recommend schools bring one adult for every 10 students. 

3. Payment 

The Tom Thomson Art Gallery accepts cash, cheque, debit and credit. The payment for your tour may be made on the day of the program or within the following 10 business days. Please have cheques made payable to the “Tom Thomson Art Gallery” and mailed to:  

840 1st Avenue West, Owen Sound, ON, Canada N4K 4K4  

4. Cancellation 

The Tom Thomson Art Gallery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour or program at any time to ensure the safety of participants and the site or due to staffing shortage, or scheduling conflicts.

• Cancellation of booking by a school or group: We ask that a notice of cancellation be sent to the Tom Thomson Art Gallery no later than 10 business days prior to your scheduled booking. 
• Changes in number of students/participants for a tour: Invoices are calculated at the time of booking and are based on price per participant. Any changes in the number of participants can be made up to three days in advance of your booking. Please communicate any changes prior to your arrival.
