Vendor Applications for City Special Events

All vendors are required to carry $2 million public liability and property damage insurance, naming the City of Owen Sound as an additional insurance. You may upload your own insurance through this registration form, or we can provide you a link to our partner to purchase insurance. You will not be able to attend without complete insurance. Please make sure the date and name of the event is on the insurance document. We will not accept general insurance policies.

This form is specific to vendors at City-run events (such as Canada Day). However, any vendors selling FOOD or DRINKS in the City must register with Grey Bruce Public Health and food trucks must carry up-to-date TSSA certificates.

Tents, tables, chairs are not provided by The City of Owen Sound, you must make your own arrangements.
